Modules

Our Teacher Training Modules cover a wide variety of approaches and strategies to teaching and learning – academic, pastoral and personal. In short, our modules help to impart skills that have global applications. Right from the Basic Course to the Advanced Courses, each module is carefully crafted, incorporating current trends to provide the right mix of theory and practical application.

The titles include the Power of Play, Creating Teaching Aids and Designing the Classroom Space, Art, Music and Drama in the Classroom, for the Early Years.
The Primary Years Section has modules like Teaching Vs Facilitation, Emotional Intelligence, Multiple Intelligences and Learning Styles.
The Secondary Course covers modules like Class Management, Behaviour Management, Study Skills, Exam Skills and Project Based Learning.
Each module is interactive and fun, involving thought- provoking videos, discussions, activities, group work, assignments, projects and assessments.

2. What are the requirements for setting up a KA TTH?

A premise  of 500 sq ft with basic amenities.

3. Benefit of setting up a KA TTH?

All of the content creation and execution will be spearheaded by Team KA. The centre will only provide for the infrastructural requirement and will have a 30% revenue share.

4. What is the duration of the course?

a) 3 month duration – intermediate course

b) 6 month duration – advanced course

Student-teachers will be awarded certificates and a personalised letter of recommendation at the end of the course

5. Is the course only for aspiring teachers?

The course is designed for aspiring teachers, teachers looking to upgrade their skills as well as anyone looking to be trained in working effectively with children.

6. Will student-teachers find suitable placements?

KA will hand hold the student- teachers with resume writing, personality and presentation skills. They will also be assisted with placement; however, hires will take place on individual capability.
